Vinyasa Krama Yoga
All classes and courses at Fluid Yoga are influenced by the Vinyasa Krama style of yoga as taught by Sri T. Krishnamacharya. Vinyasa Krama means to follow a set of logical steps to your goal. In your asana practice this means gradually approaching each posture in such a way that works with the body's natural responses to take you deeper without risking injury.

Acknowledging that the traditional purpose of a physical yoga practice is preparation for Pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation, all of our classes include a short Pranayama and meditation session, so you can learn the techniques necessary to develop these practices yourself.
