LEVEL 1 YOGA CLASSES

Our Level 1 classes are for beginners, or for those who prefer a gentle class.

Based on Vinyasa Krama principles, our weekly Level 1 class will introduce you to  asana (posture) sequences designed to safely and effectively open up and strengthen your body,  making a natural progression of your journey towards more challenging postures.

We will also introduce you to basic pranayama and meditation techniques to give you a fully rounded and authentic Yoga experience.
