LEVEL 2 YOGA CLASSES

Half Vinyasa

 

 

 

For those with a regular practice, and at least three months’ experience, our Level 2 classes will take you on to the next level.

Still based on Vinyasa Krama principles, we will move more deeply into the asana sequences and start to focus more on bringing the senses and the mind under our control during asana, pratyahara, pranayama and meditation.

“Asana and Pranayama are initially very important, but of one wants to master asana and pranayama, it is essential to bring the indriyas (senses) under one’s control” (Sri T.Krishnamacharya)

These classes run in blocks of six weeks – pre-booking is required.
