Double exposure image of woman doing yoga asana

26th September 2015

We all know how beneficial Yoga is for the physical body, bringing strength, flexibility, and alignment; once you start practicing Yoga, however, it won’t be long before you become aware that it also works at a more subtle energetic level, bringing a lightness to your Yoga experience, harmony and clarity to your mind.

Because it is not within our usual range of experience (at least in Western cultures), it can take at little time, effort, and focus, to start to experience the Pranic body. Although it is not fixed like the physical body, the Pranic body has its own structure and function. Knowing what it is and how it works on an intellectual level, helps us to tune in to the Pranic body and to integrate working with it into both our Yoga practice and our daily lives, connecting with it on a more experiential level.

In this workshop, we will explore this subtle “Pranic” body:

What is Prana?

Anatomy of the Pranic Body
